Dr. Lindsay Leigh is an occupational therapist with more than thirteen years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan, from early developmental milestones and sensory processing needs to women’s health, pelvic health, aging in place, and dementia care. As the founder of The Functional Nest LLC, Lindsay is dedicated to delivering personalized, relationship-centered care that helps individuals and their families or support systems navigate key life transitions and participate fully in the routines that matter most to them. She is passionate about advancing women’s health and has contributed to clinical education, community programming, and research focused on occupational balance and infertility. Lindsay frequently teaches and presents on topics such as trauma-informed care, environmental modification, and the role of occupational therapy in promoting well-being across the lifespan. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, compassion, and practical problem-solving.
